As wellness is our main ojective, we make sure that our client is able to experience a smooth yet effective phase in the designing of their new buildings.

Positioning a new building as per vastu principles while abiding to the guidelines within the coastal region was a great challenge for our client.
As he approached us we listened to all his requirements for both the interior and exterior space.
After going through the minutest detail , we were successful in making the approval of his building permit.

This family's vision was to make the most out of the small area they could occupy within their land.
Our objective was to comply with both their requirements and basic guidelines for the development of such a project within that locality.

The heads of this family were on the verge to sell their newly bought land due to the fact that several informations regarding vastu guidelines online were indicating a low wellness factor ( due to South West facing ).
After doing the due diligence of that piece of land we suggested the possibility of designing of a new house on the same piece of land. The couple were relieved that they did not have to sell their land as the latter cost them already a lot.
